Don't you just write back as The Legal Occupier with something like: "
Thank you for your reply. Your letter will be laid before the court as evidence that you have received my instruction"?
You've
told them that you've withdrawn their implied right of access. Their reply is evidence that they've recieved it. That's all you need. There is no condition of acceptance.
