Hows this repeat letter?

I had a friend go around to my garden to do some gardening and he told me that an inspector tried to get access to my house. The Inspector asked my friend if they had a key to get in!!

[edited as per legal advice] court case maybe pending.

They may write back and say something along the lines of "we can't accept the withdrawal without the name of the legal occupier". This is a lie. All the information you need to deal with this is here:

Look particularly at the first post.

Don't you just write back as The Legal Occupier with something like: "Thank you for your reply. Your letter will be laid before the court as evidence that you have received my instruction"?

You've told them that you've withdrawn their implied right of access. Their reply is evidence that they've recieved it. That's all you need. There is no condition of acceptance.
